We moved to Yuma, AZ in July 2024 and I was thrilled to say the least that our new home has a flagpole! It didn’t stand up straight, but we had one. After almost a year, it began to bother me that it didn’t stand up straight and I felt like it was disrespectful to our nation’s flag. After extensive research, we chose Flagpole Farm, the main reason being that their poles are American made. There are many other companies that were less expensive, but, we already owned one of those poles. We are extremely satisfied with our new flagpole that stands straight and strong to compliment the American flag we are proud to fly on it. I’m writing this review, not only to express our satisfaction with the quality of the product, but to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the customer service they provide. One of the pieces was damaged in shipping – there was a dent, no fault of theirs, and it caused an issue while assembling the pole. I called and spoke to Jason, and he went above and beyond to get a replacement part shipped out at no charge, with free shipping. This might sound like a no brainer, but there are a lot of companies out there that would charge for shipping, sometimes even the replacement part. He returned calls quickly and followed up to make sure the part arrived. We have a great appreciation for a company who sells a quality product and cares about customer satisfaction. We highly recommend this company for both their products and their customer service that stands behind it.

I picked up one 25′ and two 20′ Titan flagpoles in May 2024. This past week in Central Montana we had high winds with semi trucks being blown over on the road. I had a 71.8 mph high gust at my house. Your Titan flagpoles, with two flags on each, impressed me very much! I had a metal heavy duty communications tower with a heavy directional antenna that came down with that gust. But my flags and your flagpoles came through splendidly. I promote these flagpoles to anyone interested. I’ve had other telescoping poles over the years, but they were junk that couldn’t withstand any winds at all. The Titans are #1 in my book. Thank you for absolutely wonderful products.
