This can be especially visible to the naked eye with the Light Bronze finish. Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed in the anodized finishing process. I wanted to share with you my satisfaction with my Titian Flagpole. I have had it in place now for about five or six years. My neighbor down the street bought one and I was so impressed by the workmanship that I purchased one myself. I live in Southeast Georgia and recently we’ve had very close, and close scrapes by hurricanes. Helene came very close and I was out of town when she came through. It was my intention to lower the flags down and collapse the flagpole because of the storm that was approaching, but in my haste to leave, I forgot to do that. My flagpole flies 5X3 foot flags, the national Ensign and the Navy Jack. I am very pleased to report that my flagpole stood up to 70mph winds with gust to 90+mph. I love this flagpole!

I have had my Titan flagpole for quite some time. One of the flag rings broke, so I called to order a new one. The owner answered the phone and after a few questions told me he was sending the complete rebuild kit. That is how you do customer service. I am writing this email in reference to one of your Titan 25’ flagpoles in the dark bronze color.
On June 15, 2023 at approximately 5:45 pm, Toledo, Ohio, specifically an area known as Point Place was hit by an EF2 tornado without warning. The winds speeds were 130mph. No one had anytime to react and our neighborhood was devastated. We are estimating 6-8 months to fully recover.
Since no one had time to react, my flagpole was still fully extended with a 4×6 American flag and a 3×5 USMC flag still flying. After the fact along with all of the devastation I noticed my Titan flagpole still standing. Albeit now having a bend in it, it stood the forces of this tornado. This flagpole was a 50th birthday gift from my wife. And the best birthday gift ever. She had known how much I had been wanting a flagpole but would never spend the money on myself to get one.
This is a great testimony to the construction and durability of your product. Please see the attached photo of this flagpole still standing after surviving an EF2 tornado.

Love the flag pole easy set up, we travel rally to rally and they are great. I seen one of the comments about flag rapping around the pole, don’t have that issue yet, I did see a flag that had a arm that came off of the bottom hook and went down the flag about 12” and attached to the flag it self stopped it from rapping around the pole.

I bought your 25′ Titan Telescoping Flagpole about 5 years ago at a home-show in Albuquerque, NM. The other day we had winds of over 65 MPH the titan flag pole with a 4X6 American flag and a state flag on it handled the winds just fine. I purchased the 25′ Titan about 10 years ago at a home show. While the salesman was explaining the features, he glossed over the MOST important feature of the flag. Great customer service. About 5 years ago, I encountered my first problem. When lowering the flag, the sleeve slipped out of my grasp and the section bottomed out. That damaged the interlocking sleeve set. In the attempt to lift the flagpole out of the ground sleeve, the workers bent the first section. When I contacted Flagpole Farm, I was able to purchase the bent section and the interlocking sleeves were covered under warranty. Fast forward to this year and again I needed service. The small interlocking sleeve was broken. When I contacted the company again, they sent the replacement parts under warranty. That is twice over ten years that the company stood behind the product with great customer service. This flag proudly waves 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I highly recommend it and the company.

Worked great for four years at summer installation on north Atlantic coast. Decided to install it at our winter quarters for year round flat display. Slight problem arose. Metal cools faster than surroundings and therefore condenses moist air. Tried using a plastic bag during the night hours but not 100% successful. Below freezing temperatures and condensed moisture, you can see the problem.

Bought the 20 Ft telescoping flagpole a few months back to replace a cheaper flagpole that I had that didn’t like the wind, AT ALL. I live in Montana and we are used to wind, but these last 2 months have been ridiculous. Almost every day has been 25-35 mph winds with 50+ mph gusts (some gusts registered at almost 80 mph)…windiest Fall I can remember since living here in Montana. I took advantage and put this new flagpole to the test in these brutal and constant heavy winds…it has performed AWESOME! I absolutely recommend this pole, especially if you are needing a sturdy pole that you can trust will hold up to strong winds. NOTE: I came back to review this pole after testing it myself in the windy conditions for a couple months to let everyone know how good it has worked for me. You won’t be disappointed and the locking mechanisms inside the flagpole work flawlessly for ensuring that all individual sections of the pole stay in place and do not collapse sections. You will love it!!!

I just wanted to let you know that the Titan 20 that I bought from your Rep at the Fryeburg Fair several years ago is still going strong. The LED light I purchased at the same time is also still working like a champ. I check it every few months and clean the photo cells. All the LED’s still light and stay lit from dusk to dawn. To tell you the truth, I figured that it would have a service life of a couple of years, but it is still going strong. While I lower the pole when hurricane blow through, we have had some pretty violent local storms that have blown through and, despite flying two 3X5 flags constantly, the pole has held up with no problems. I just bought a new US Flag as the old one is starting to fade. I am looking forward to many more years of flag flying with your pole.

You produce a top quality product, and it has already been tested and withstood 50mph winds. Living in rural Cody, Wy. up near the base of the Rocky Mountains, the wind does blow a lot, and strong, and you need a top quality product.

Bought 20’ pole in 2017. It worked flawlessly till I dented the base section with the large Zero turn mower. Called Terry on Tuesday, had the lower section Thursday and in about 30 minutes – viola! Good as new.

I had read several reviews of several products and chose this one. I wasn’t disappointed. It is sturdy, well-made, and almost certainly will be durable. The instructions were easy to follow, and the flag has been up at full mast ever since. I added a solar light to the top of the pole that permits having the flag up overnight.

Bought a 25 foot pole several years ago and have very happy with it. Recently we experienced a Derecho with sustained winds of 130 mph winds for a period of about thirty minutes. Trees gone, roofs gone, flag pole with two flags still standing! Top section is slightly bent at the Rey top. All in all it is a very strong flagpole.

The products you sell (Titan Flagpole) are the best. I’ve had my telescoping flagpole for over 10 years and it has worked flawlessly; until one of the sections wouldn’t. I found your website very helpful. The videos were awesome and I was able to dismantle the pole easily.
I found two broken sleeves, spent cushions and post fasteners. After speaking with one of your friendly customer support specialists, he graciously offered to go ahead (over the phone) with the warranty part order and reasonably priced cushions.
I must say, the email postal updates were spectacular. I even got one telling me that the order was delivered!

After a lot of research, I decided to go with a Titan 25′ Telescoping Flagpole in Black/Bronze. Was promptly shipped FedEx Home Delivery® on 7/21/2020 and arrived Saturday 7/25. ~FAST! Quality and workmanship was first class and it installed easily and looks great. Be aware it can pinch if you aren’t careful lowering it and do not keep a firm grip on the sections as they bottom out. Not a problem; I just wear no slip gloves and keep a tight grip on it as each section lowers. LOVE IT!
